A God's Eye, also known as Ojo de Dios, comes from the Huichol people in Mexico. Originally the Huichol used the item to connect with spiritual world. In times of uncertanty, they would craft decorative, ceremonial shields with colored yarn and sticks to be symbols of protection. It was believed that a god might keep a watchful eye over the people who made them. They would also weave black yarn or a mirrored disk to help the god see better. 

Included in the kit- 2 sticks, black yarn, 3 other yarn colors

Not included- glue and scissors.
